As i understand, you dont need a cleared mind, its just to prevent you from drifting away, eventually falling asleep. But a tip would be to manually breath, and count the breathing, VERY effective method used by many astral travelers.

I have had very bad experiences before. Negative beings have been present. Lately it has not been so bad though…

Yeah ambient background/white noise seems to help. The hard part for me is clearing the mind. That’s a tough’n. How do you go about doing that? I’ve tried meditation/binaural beats and stuff like that. My mind never stops – it’s relentless.

The thing that works best for me… Lay flat on my back keep my arms about 6″ out from my body, clear my mind, and leave a “news” channel on TV very low volume… Works almost every time.

What do you do to reach such deep states of relaxation?

He seems like a really gentle soul, this man – Albert Taylor.

The key for me is relax until I feel and hear the buzzing sound of natural frequency. Once my body hits that state it is a matter of minutes before I leave. I usually spend a few minutes trapped in my body before I can break free. I would really love to know what reality I enter. It’s not the same world I fell asleep in. Alot of times there are very scary experiences attached but I still experience it 2-4 times a week 80% by choice. I have been doing this since I was about 7 years of age.

I agree. I did salvia as well and it was so profound. I think I experienced what you would call a “pre-natal” experience, it was intense.

I have one this before..OBE… When I was about 15 years old…. I had a dream I was walking down some railroad ties…and in my dream I counted them…til I got to a split in the tracks.. A few days later I found myself at the same railroad ties… So, I counted the ties..as I saw, what I had dreamt all around me…and the number of ties in the tracks, matched perfectly! I still remember this dream til this day vivdly?

It’s like I was having a conversation with these people. And one lady I did talk to I never seen her in my life. Then the next day I saw her driving a car she stop at a red light it was her I never saw her. I remeber what her nose look like it was her. I read that when someone visit you in an astral dream most likely you will see them in real life.

I have had people visit me in my dreams.First my brother visit me because he wanted to know why I didn’t get along with his neighbor. I never ask him but I’m pretty sure it was an astral dream and from other people too.

believe me…i wake up so tired ….

  17. mikenyesi123 on December 24th, 2009 1:33 pm

“tired” is something that the physical body experiences… ur astral body does not get tired because its not physical.

  18. Spirisense on December 24th, 2009 1:33 pm

I’ve always wanted to know that….if you astral travel all night, then come back when it’s morning, would you feel tired….because it’s kinda like you’ve stayed up all night…

great book, picked it up from the library about a week ago, i was disappointed by how short it was. reading it i really felt like i was reading my own logs (if i had written them) of what was happening to me, word for word up until he begins to start to master it is what i went through.

another good read is “Mastering Astral Projection- Robert Bruce” this book helped me a lot.

actually it was not as cool as it sounds.
it had a very eerie quality to it that made it dark.
i had alot more shadows then

  23. cofiking1 on December 24th, 2009 1:33 pm

visualizastion is not the only way…with robert bruce system even blind people can project.

I’ve had the experience of leaving my body and becoming a star, which I believe is our highest level of existence. It seemed to be in another dimension to me. I didn’t meet any other beings. I’d say it was the greatest experience of my life. Shine on man.
