The Boeing 787 Delay Liner FIRST FLIGHT PLANE CRASH flighing into disaster first flight nightmare embarrassment flight air crash investigation mayday After even more consideration, there are certain parts that should never be made out of Carbon fiber. I really hope Boeing knows the difference. The misapplication of carbon fiber could be catastrophic. It is not large tubular body sections, it would be the joints and connection plate areas. I wonder if there are mutual deformation tests that …

The Delay Liner has problems with the wings-fuselage-wingbox assemby materials fatigue…guess that this problems have appeared just when performing ground testing. I can´t wait to see what´ll happen after its composite parts reach the end of its life cicle

    ANA issued a brief statement:

“We are disappointed that the first flight of the 787 will be postponed, and urge Boeing to specify the schedule for the program as a whole as quickly as possible”

    Cancellations to follow…

If I were buying this plane I would be pleased with the wait, as all good things must not be rushed, or really bad shit happens and thats what ya get for being in a hurry. Technology advancements don’t happen overnight people! This will be a great aircraft, have a little faith will ya……

KLM has buyed 3 787’s for air france (air france is from klm) and 5 for themself

  4. arsenium666 on December 16th, 2009 10:27 am

    Yep…from QANTAS:

    15 deliveries postponed

    +

    15 Boeing 787´s CANCELLATIONS.

boeing will pull it off no matter what. just think about the trouble they had with the 747 and how they fixed that

  6. IloveSPIDERZ on December 16th, 2009 10:27 am

About you’re info. You’re right on how certian parts of the airplane shouldn’t be made out of carbon fiber. I’m also very dissapointed on how the wings were joined onto the fuselage. You’re also right on how it could be catastropic, which is the EXACT reason for the 6th delay. Wouldn’t you agree an airplane should fly safely, instead of with major flaws? But at the same time, I think you are underestimating the strength of carbonfiber, which obviously will last alot longer than aluminum.

  7. IloveSPIDERZ on December 16th, 2009 10:27 am

Yeah, dude, I already got the news. At least Boeing is fixxing the problems. Airbus would have flown it anyway. I’m still betting that Boeing will have the last laugh. They got all the other aircrafts up and out, from the 707 to the 777, which the 777 is 15 years old and still never had a fatal accident, something Airbus never achieved (yet). I do have confidence that the A380 will achieve that goal. HOWEVER, it is also Boeing fault to obtian supplies from 5 different areas in the world.

    Yep…the Last Laugh. SIXTH DELAY:

Aviation experts say the latest delay in flight testing Boeing’s 787 Dreamliner highlights the difficulty of creating aircraft from composite materials. Boeing’s computer models failed to predict the high levels of stress on two-inch segments where the wings join the fuselage, leading some to wonder what additional issues may show up when the test aircraft finally leaves the ground

YEP…BOEING´S LAST LAUGH TO THEIR RETARD COSTUMERS

  9. Funfisique on December 16th, 2009 10:27 am

    YEP:

    2009 NET ORDERS:

    Airbus: 224 planes

    Boeing: 93 planes

    ROFL…Fucktard

i wouldn’t talk so much shit if I were you.

the 787 outnumbers the A380 4 to 1 when it comes to firm orders from airlines.

let’s face it.. the A380 (or “flying beluga”) is the biggest joke ever and probably one of the biggest business blunders in the history of commercial aviation.

i’d happily fly on either brand, because safety isn’t an issue in my opinion… but when it comes to building and selling airplanes, Boeing kicks the shit out of ScareBus.

    always has, and always will.

    @eteet

Hey gay I´m uploading the 787 First Flight…

It´s gonna last a bit 190megas…so stay tunned

    LOL

  12. eteet on December 16th, 2009 10:27 am

Hey Assenium, I see the A400M finally flew. Just like the A380 it took the public Treasuries of three countries to get those turkeys off the ground. Can’t wait to see how far behind schedule the A350 goes. If I live that long. LOL!!!

  13. arsenium666 on December 16th, 2009 10:27 am

    It´s more than a dream…

    It´s a flying nightmare, ups did I said Flying?…I meant STATIC nightmare…LOL

I´m aware that Boeings incompetence and unability to manage composite materials will lend to a first crash well before the 1000 flying hours (if it ever manages to leave the ground)

    MARK MY WORDS

  14. umahuma4 on December 16th, 2009 10:27 am

Its a dream liner, because it is a dream.

Boeing is still preety awsome and has proven themselves, they just need to get there act together with the 787.

  15. valicourt on December 16th, 2009 10:27 am

    Dream on Liner

  16. valicourt on December 16th, 2009 10:27 am

    7 Late 7
    7 wait 7

  17. RK831 on December 16th, 2009 10:27 am

Boeing is betting its future on the 787, so they must make sure that everything is perfect. Even if there are five or so more delays, if the plane proves to be safe and delivers the long range it touts, it will be worth the wait. Until then, stick with 777’s.

  18. venichen1 on December 16th, 2009 10:27 am

I think the A350’s development will be smoother, Airbus has a document about the major flaws of the 787 hope Airbus learned something from those.

I still like both planes, they change the way we build airliners.

  19. numaelacosta on December 16th, 2009 10:27 am

A little negatively charged title there buddy!

  20. arsenium666 on December 16th, 2009 10:27 am

    Check my latest Vids…

And keep ur fcking mouth shut…LOL

  21. KimmurielBaenre on December 16th, 2009 10:27 am

The title of this post has me rather confused…first flight crash? I just watched the aircraft take off this morning… Also how do you know its a flying nightmare or that its going to fail? I guess some folks just have to be negative about everything in order to feel self-important…

  22. X6insane6X on December 16th, 2009 10:27 am

Nice try making up numbers like that.

Fail. Go back and try again buddy. =)

  23. cookingmamarules on December 16th, 2009 10:27 am

    It finally flew today.

  24. StormyP101 on December 16th, 2009 10:27 am

Some of their “retard customers” are also buying A350’s. I have a good feeling that the A350 will also be delayed due to similar issues….

  25. alexx400 on December 16th, 2009 10:27 am

seriously, you think that boeing are just making the 787 out of composite materials without testing if they will cope? plane manufacturerers dont just make planes out of materials with unknown properties and then sell them to loads of airlines. they will have tested them on the ground first, and then if they are ok they fly the plane! oh and the reason it is delayed is because they find problems that they have to put right. They can’t rush!
