And so you’ll counter greed by creating an autonomous bureacratic nightmare under which no individual has rights to property, to vote, or to their own lives? Socialism failed because it could do nothing but fail. However, it fulfileld the objectives of those who instituted it readily enough… The reduction of the individual to a speck not even worth noting, to be killed if convenient.

What annoys me about the “communist” countires todays like cuba and russia is not in all truth they are not communist at all, its just a bunch of suits that have corrupted everything in their country and are slowly sucking the life out of it and becoming richer and richer while the country’s people become poorer and poorer, a true communist society could never exist in our present day because of the one natural human instinct. Greed.

revolutions may be a dark thing but it is better than get betean into the dirt. Is killing people freedom, but is killing your oppresors freedom? Humans fight what they belive is right and freedom to many is diffrent, people do things that are wrong because they want power. But revelutions can change the world for the better.

And just cause we disagree doesn’t mean we’re fighting. I just want people to learn about the people the idolize. My mom was 12 when Guevara executed her classmates’ fathers. Think about how you would feel about people idolizing someone who summarily executed people. I also think Morello is a musical genius. And his heart is in the right place. But he needs to study the people who’s pictures he puts in his videos. Guevara did not believe in elections – did you know? Read his speeches.

and i just pointed that you have no life becauss you are arguing about a role model in youtube with a 12 years old kid from finland who is just bored. btw i dont want to start of a fight so lets just agree that we both believe diffrently. btw Tom Morello kicks ass

Furthermore you say because of him I can say whatever I like without going to jail. You need a history lesson. First of all, I live in the United States. Che fought in the Cuban Revolution, not the American Revolutionary war nearly 200 years earlier. Lastly, he *killed* people for what they said. How can you claim he gave people the right to speak? Look at Cuba. Search YouTube for Panfilo who was sent to prison for speaking out in Cuba because he was hungry. Your views don’t match reality.

Thank you for so eloquently proving my point. Let’s look at what you wrote:

    “Che Guevara was a saver”
Who did he save? From what?

“he believed in something, not like you, you fuckin capitalist”
How do you know what I believe in? Clearly, I believe in something since in my last comment I wrote how I believe Che was an assassin who had people executed for not agreeing with the dictatorship he installed. You say I would understand if I cared. I do care. People should be able to live.

  13. homelessguy100 on October 30th, 2009 6:19 pm

che guevara was saver, without him many war would of been fight for nothing, what gives you the rights to complain, i admire him, he believed in something, not like you, you fuckin capitalist. if you would even care about someone you would understand. Che Guevara is a hero, and if you say he isn`t, that still dos not change the fact that he was a great man, and becauss of him, son of a bitches like you can say what ever they like whitout getting in to jail

    your wrong.

  15. kipdigitalmedia on October 30th, 2009 6:19 pm

Che Guevara was a ruthless assassin who executed many civilians and helped lead a country into the very tyranny and oppression Morello claims to be against. Poor choice of heroes.

@ tomjoad32, although i see where your coming from, that is a ridiculous thing to say.
You might as well say that bruce springsteen is a concentrated version of Bob Dylan. (which he isn’t)

Tom Morello is a legend. look up him and bruce springsteen ‘ghost of tom joad’ brilliant
