    Great recipe, as always!

    I added a couple of cloves of garlic to the tomato/shrimp/coconut blend. YUM!

    To the person who said the shrimp was chewy — that is because you are adding it too soon. Wait till the masala is ready. Be patient. Then add Shrimp. Don’t overcook.
